Dustin McClellan is a Christ-Follower, Husband and Pontiac Community Leader.
Rescued from the streets of inner city Pontiac, Dustin understands the power of our life transforming God. His greatest desire is to see that all manner of people find this transformation for their lives as well.
After graduating high school, Dustin spent as Executive Pastor of EPIC Church, a church plant on the east side of Kansas City, before returning home in 2010 to be a part of leading the work God is doing in his hometown of Pontiac. Upon returning home he served eight years as Director of The Power Company Kids Club in Pontiac, an inner city mission to children.
Dustin now serves as the Founder and President of the Pontiac Community Foundation, a newly formed non-profit dedicated to advancing the city of Pontiac and its residents; Owner and Managing Director of The Visual Communicator, LLC; and serves on the pastoral team at Bridgewood Church in Clarkston, MI.
Dustin is also involved in a number of community organizations and initiatives. He currently serves on the Executive Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity of Oakland County and the Pontiac Regional Chamber. He chairs Pontiac’s District Two Community Group and the Local Advisory Committee for Center for Success. He is also a member of the Oakland County Business Roundtable and is a 2017 recipient of Oakland County’s Elite 40 under 40 Award.
In 2012, Dustin met the love of his life, Collett who serves as his “partner in crime.” The two have been married since August of 2014 and reside together in Pontiac where they have devoted themselves to God’s kingdom building work.
This blog space was created to explore the principles needed to activate leadership. Our hope and prayer is that this will become a space to learn creatively, think strategically, and grow spiritually. Enjoy and God Bless!
