Wow! It has already been over two months since we graduated…can you believe that?  Now we are here at the moment that we’ve thought about for oh so long.  Can you handle me challenging you one last time?  I bet you thought you could get rid of me.

Here’s the challenge: Live Your Life For God. There it is! It sounds pretty easy doesn’t it.  You and I both know that it won’t be.  But it’s your choice. Believe it or not I’m right here with you and I’m going to have to make the decision, especially as I am in Kansas City, hundreds of miles from home.  I’m telling you now that I am choosing to live for God.  But that means nothing.

You can do whatever you want with your life, it is yours to live.  Make it count, Make it count for God.   When we graduated I challenged you to do three things.  They were based on Philippians 1:20-21.

I eagerly expect and hope that I will in no way be ashamed, but will have sufficient courage so that now as always Christ will be exalted in my body, whether by life or by death.  For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain.

1.  Challenge Yourself – Expect and hope that you will in no way be ashamed (Romans 1:16).

2.  Have Courage – Now and always exalt Christ through you body and your life.

3.  Die for Christ – Lay down yourself and gain all of him.

I don’t say these things like I’ve done them or like I’ve got it all down, but I am challenging you as I am challenging myself!
